Forestry fencing
Mostostal Met manufactures wire mesh types for forestry and fencing of highways and railway lines.

Application
They are applied for fencing woodland areas, motorways, railway tractions, also held applicable in agriculture, for fencing pastures and runs for farm animals as well as for protecting arable crops.

Wire diameter and tensile strength:
- horizontal wires: diameter 2.00 mm, tensile strength 1100 N/mm²
- vertical wires: diameter 2.00 mm, tensile strength 500 N/mm²
- horizontal wires: diameter 2.50 mm, tensile strength 1200 N/mm²

Wire mesh types

Finish
The wire mesh types are made of galvanised steel wires with a high tensile strength.
The bottom part of the wire mesh features a much smaller mesh size than the upper part. 
Installation method
The wire mesh is most often fastened to wooden posts with nails or dedicated clamps. The wire mesh is light weight, so the posts can be spaced as far as 8 to 12 metres apart.
